Policies and Procedures
More Décor strives to provide a simple, safe, convenient, and enjoyable decorating & remodeling experience to each of our customers.
More Décor Design, Inc. believes in integrity and quality communication. We uphold this standard and expectation for ourselves and for all clients, contractors, project managers, and designers, to communicate respectfully and to explain the scope of the work accurately and thoroughly to be performed for each and every project. This is to ensure integrity of the estimates provided prior to the project, an excellent outcome, and realistic expectations to be met. A detailed scope of the work will clearly spell out what needs to be done. This is for both you and More Décor to prevent loss of time, resources, and to be able to produce quality work at a reasonable price. This will aid in the efficiency and productivity of the project.
We pride ourselves on the care of our clients from the first consultation to the finished product. We offer one free phone estimate at the forefront of your project within a 20-mile radius. Estimates are available outside of a 20-mile radius for a nominal fee. Each additional estimate, after the first, will be available for an additional charge. However, we will gladly deduct a portion of the cost of the additional bids from the total cost of the bids you choose to convert to orders through More Décor.
It is our goal to provide our customers with exceptional services. Should the job site be unprepared for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without an added additional fee. Clients (including contractors, project managers, and designers) must
have the jobsite ready per specifications listed in the More Décor Accountability Clause & Wallpaper Preparedness List. If the job site is not adequately prepared for the scheduled installation by the time we arrive, additional charges and fees will accrue depending on the additional time we will have to invest to be able to complete your project, including but not limited to, wallpaper installation, shade installation, and art hanging. We appreciate your courtesy call.
*Our wallpaper quotes are for 56 square-foot double rolls, unless otherwise quoted. We welcome our clients to use our wallpaper calculator located on our website, to assist with figuring quantities of material needed. Ultimately however, the client is responsible for the purchase and selection of the paper. We do recommend an overage and will recommend at least 15% to 25% more material for the job to cover for pattern repeat, waste around doors, waste around windows cabinets, any damage to the wallcovering, and any potentially overlooked spaces and/or features that the client may want included.

Online Orders Billing Policy
To ensure that every costumer is provided the highest level of convenience and security we accept PayPal, Venmo, Square, and checks as a method of payment. Please, note that third-party processing fees may apply and will be added to your original bill.
Through PayPal or Square each customer can use whatever payment method suits him or her best, whether it is a major credit card or even a personal checking account. These credit card processing options are industry leading security measures and account features make purchasing from More Decor both safe and convenient.
Tax Policy
More Decor Design, Inc. is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is in accordance with Oklahoma state and county laws must collect state sales tax. Therefore, any orders from the state of Oklahoma will be subject to the state’s 8.517 percent sales tax, calculated from the total order value not including shipping and handling costs.
Online Sales Policy
All online purchases will be followed by a confirmation email containing the details of the purchase, including order, billing, shipping, contact information and a unique order number. Only after the customer has approved the confirmation of their order, will More Décor Design, Inc. begin processing the order.
Online Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after the customer has approved his or her order confirmation through the email. An option will be present in the confirmation email to either approve or cancel an order. Please make sure your order is correct before confirming the order.
Shipping Policy
Shipping charges will vary based on a purchase’s size, weight, and manufacturer. Each manufacturer generally offers a particular carrier service. More Decor Design, Inc. will generally require 1-3 days to process orders. From order confirmation to delivery time will vary based upon vendor. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order based upon the information shared with us by the vendor themselves.
Returns and Exchange Policy
More Décor Design, Inc. takes pride in providing you with excellent style and quality in our products. If there is any trouble with or damage to an order when you receive it, please contact [email protected] for warranty info and directions regarding exchanges and refunds. After 30 days, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted. Any “Sale” items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Several of More Décor’s products, such as blinds, furniture, bedding, wall art, and personalized items, are custom made to order at the time of purchase. These products and special orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
Gifts may be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value or for a gift credit. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of all returns and exchanges. Exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging and original condition. Refunds will be reimbursed back in the original form of payment minus the shipping and handling fees.

We utilize a firewall and use SSL encryption to keep this information secure.
